Take a look, but don't get too close, or Mike Vidan's DIY bruiser, Pitbull,
might see to it that you pull back a stump! Like all owner-customs, this bad boy has been a work in progress . . .
so much so, in fact, that it has been difficult for the StarCruiser staff to keep updated pics -- everytime Mike would
send some, he'd change something else on the bike that warranted the sending of new pics!
Mike proudly proclaims (and rightly so) the only modifications that weren't done by
his hand alone were the re-upholsering job on the seat and the sleek Jaguar Pearl paint job. In fact,
many of the parts that Pitbull boasts were fabricated by Mike himself.
The list of modifications includes:
Self-Fabricated Parts:
Seat: Shaved and covered in Suede
Homemade Dragger Style Rear Fender
Brackets for Highway Bars
Bracket for S&S Air Cleaner Cover
Fishtail Pipes- had to weld in about 2 inches of additional pipes to front header to make them sit right.
Polished fins on Engine jugs
Homemade Ram Air
Lowered 3" (Florida Slam)
Removed AIS
Painted and Clearcoated frame metallic silver myself
